There is no obligation to remain in services. Participants can cancel full service at any time.
SCHEDULING POLICY
Sessions can be scheduled via phone, email, text for your convenience. Please be advised, once a session is scheduled Special-Day will make changes based on availability. Changes request must be made 5 days in advanced unless an emergency occurs. We value everyone’s time and want to make this process as flexible as possible, however, we also want to ensure everyone gets their own individual attention. Scheduling session whenever works best for you is our main priority.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please be advised Special-Day requires a $25.00 late fee. Initial deposit will be returned at the end of service or deducted from final payment balance. Participants must give cancellation notice within 1-2 business days. If you do not cancel within 24 hours payment will not be returned.
